Groups hosting events or meetings at the Nutrition Center are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages or to hire external catering services.
Violations of this policy will result in charges based on SBCUSD Catering rates for all outside food or beverage items brought into the facility.
In compliance with food safety regulations, no food may be taken off-site by guests after an event.
Advance Orders: All catering requests must be submitted at least ten (10) business days prior to the event date.

Order Guarantee: Orders will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure timely deliveries and uphold client expectations.
A request to place an order fewer than ten (10) business days in advance constitutes acceptance of the 20% charge in accordance with the late fee policy.
A minimum order of $60.00 (excluding taxes and other fees) is required for all deliveries.

Note: Vendor order cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than ten (10) business days prior to the event are subject to a $30 administrative fee.
